Long Week End

Ok so I’ve been bad this past week about keeping my blog up to date; this is in part because I don’t think most of what I do is interesting enough to write about. That however is not entirely true as my schedule has been quite full.

This past week my roommate and I have been installing a new sprinkler system. I volunteered my aid and soon found myself digging trenches through our yard. Now you must know that I am a computer guy and am not accustomed to hard work.  The day after we started working on the trenches my arms were quite sore, but I was still glad to help my friend.

After about a week of work we are now finally installing the sprinkler heads and testing every thing to see if it works properly.

As my roommate and I look around our neighborhood we can see many people watering their lawns by hand, and we chuckle to ourselves about how we will soon be able to save all that time we used to spend watering.

I’m quite excited because tonight I will be going with my church group on a hike up to
Stuart Falls. Since I was put in charge of our Monday night activities I have been able to take moor of them our side, and as long as the weather permits we will have as many outside activities as possible.
